Now that I’ve survived growing up, getting married, having children, watching them grow and have their own families and then being an empty nester and retiring, I feel marginally qualified to write a song about “life” in the broadest sense….Some days I find myself comparing it to an endless game where you’re last move landed you in one place, but then the next move takes you to somewhere else again, and on it goes! Now that’s a different theme for a song eh?
