It’s great to see music becoming such a big part of our lives during the COVID-19 crisis. Virtual kitchen parties are popping up everywhere, as people get to enjoy the expansive talents that have always existed within our communities. At times like these, it’s no trouble to see how music is a significant part of our culture! On April 3rd, the Reposado Project joined the community as I hosted a Facebook Live event that reached out to community kitchen parties in NL and NS. I have to say it was a bit hectic to get started, and to follow the comments (on my smart phone), but in the end it a a great experience, and I encourage others to do the same! The cool thing about these events is that the post remains after the show, enabling many others to take a peak at their leisure. As of Saturday morning, this event had 1,500+ views and counting.
